Asked by the city fathers to leave Keystone City and take the destruction of his super-heroic presence with him, Wally heads west to sunny California and the town of Santa Marta, which can't wait to claim the Flash as its resident super-hero. But Linda Park isn't willng to uproot her entire life & career to follow Wally to his new hometown.
